  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made bags or items marked as non-returnable, are excluded from this policy.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item to confirm its condition.
  • If the item meets our return requirements, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Late Returns

Any returns made after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to initiate returns as soon as possible to ensure that your request is processed.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please check the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
