- Overnight Shipping: We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. This option is ideal if you need your items urgently.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are an international customer, please ensure that your shipping address is within the U.S. before placing an order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Dolly Glownie is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If necessary, we will file a claim on your behalf.
6. Shipping Delays
